    Nishinoseki sake is produced by Kayashima company- a long-established company which produced based on traditional Japanese method.

    Nishinoseki sake is produced entirely by traditional Japanese manual method with the main material is Koji yeast which is grown in western Japan, with water taken from a depth of 90m below the ground of the Kuni khaki peninsula Peninsula (721m from the sea).

    Nishinoseki sake is a unique combination of 5 tastes: sweet, sour, spicy, intense, acrid – Creating a characteristic flavor of southwestern Japan.
